By using xdscvr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
xdscvr lets you create a public page that gathers your links and content. The service is currently free; when paid plans launch we will update these terms and clearly announce it before any charge.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to publish content that violates Saudi regulations, infringes others' rights, is fraudulent, or abusive. Impersonation and spam are prohibited.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to your page and grant us a license to display it within the service only. You are responsible for the legality of the links and content you publish.
Our rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and reclaim usernames that are reserved, unused, or impersonate trademarks.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
